When cheese is melted, quickly add tomatoes, guac, and sprouts to one half, then cukes to other half, assemble quickly, cut, and serve. If done right, the veggies will still be crisp and cold, the cheese will be melted, and the bread nicely crusted. Veggie Cheese Melt

Whole Wheat bread
American, Jack, and Swiss cheese
Tomatoes
Cucumbers
Alfalfa sprouts
Guacamole

Maybe swiss or swiss and american. I know there were cucumbers, tomato, guacamole, I don't think onions. I know there were pickles on mine but they might have been the ones that came with the fries.
