Local sportswriter Seth Kolloen just announced the second issue of his new magazine, Sports NW. The cover story is a piece by Free Darko scribe Bethlehem Shoals, arguing that the relocation of the Sonics to Oklahoma City is part of a David Stern plan to woo red-state America.
